The Spring Lofts is a 224 unit residential loft located near Downtown's bustling LA Live District. The project utilizes sustainable design strategies, together with an expressive, yet efficient spatial configuration that optimizes views and interior daylighting.

The scheme utilizes a rooftop skygarden where residents can relax along the pool and hot tub, or barbecue with friends and family. Other ammenities include a 24-hour gym, sauna, meeting rooms and conference areas, 24-hour automated parking, and reception / security services.
