The Phoenix is an international business plaza which combines a rich mix of program uses, including: high-rise residential living, commercial offices, a 5-storey mall, and ground floor retail activations.

The design centers around the city's famed Yellow River, evoking a lyrical tale from Wang Zhi-Huan of a stork bringing light and prosperity to the region. The master plan embraces this poem by maximizing views to nearby waterways, while extending its reach into the complex with reflecting ponds. Individual program elements are connected through a series of meandering walkways and areas for rest.
